A word about my rates
I offer hourly and per/project rates based on the nature of your concern and the amount of time it will take to resolve. I don't ask for thousands in retainer fees just to begin serving you, and I will not charge you for every second we are on the phone. Being billed for every little thing you ask your attorney is frustrating, so I won't do it. At Passons Law Corp., it's not enough for you to actually get your money's worth, I want you to feel completely comfortable with what you are charged and the decisions we make regarding your dispute.
After our initial consultation, we will sit down and I will explain to you how much the matter will cost. Because disputes vary, my estimates for complex matters will vary as well, but I will do everything I can to help you know what it will cost to resolve your issue before you write the first check. Please note that all rates listed below are hourly. For a project rate, we will need to first thoroughly discuss your legal issue.
