I founded Passons Law Corp. to fill a very specific need in the practice of real estate law.

Preparation: To provide you with the legal services you need and the piece of mind you want, I prepare for every matter--every encounter--with the same focus as if it were my own legal concern.  This enables me to provide you with excellent service and maximize your chances for success.

Communication: How many times have you tried to reach your lawyer in the past only to get an unreturned phone call or a week in delay?  For Passons Law Corp., communicating with you is a core part of my representation.  You will never feel left out of your legal matters.

Consideration:  I understand that homes and investments and property are important, and that resolving these issues can cause some anxiety.  I will treat you with courtesy and respect for the issues you face.

Passons Law Corp. was founded by Omar T. Passons to address the need for personal attention and focused legal service delivery to residential and small-scale commercial clients.  After consulting for more than 5 years in community-based public health, I decided to pursue a career in the law.  Over the past 4 years I have spent a great deal of time gaining a solid foundation in land use, real estate law, and the issues that many people face when it comes to their property. 

I graduated from George Mason University School of Law in 2005 and received my Master's Degree in Public Health from the University of Arizona in 2000.  I am a member of the State Bar's Real Property section and a member of the San Diego County Bar Association.
